"Trouble" is the culmination of a long held dream of ours.
Keeper (Ch Eng Sh Ch Nahrof No Comment) is a dog that I've always adored in photos. One of those dogs that you wish you had been around in "his" day to see him in the flesh or to have the chance to use him in your breeding program. I'm sure we all have that dog that we dream of in such a way.
What an absolute thrill for me when Lauren and Errol of Nahrof Border Collies FINALLY got their hands on some semen that they had collected many many years ago. Among those collections was some very prized semen from Keeper and they said YES!!! when I asked (ok BEGGED) them to let me use some.
With the assistance of my boss and co-workers at Frozen Puppies Dot Com, not to mention the extreme generosity of our friends at Nahrof Border Collies our dream was realised on the 7th of April when 3 lovely babies entered the world, the result of a Surgical implant to our KC.
Only shown at a couple of shows as a baby, Trouble managed 2 baby in show awards!!! We have given her a break from the ring to allow for maturity and to concentrate on her kennel mates. The end of 2009 early 2010 may see a return to the ring for Miss Trouble
